- Abbreviations:

CPF-IBC - Capias Pro Fine - Issuance Bad Check
FTA - Failure To Appear (did not appear in court)
FMFR - Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility (no insurance)
IBC - Issuance Bad Check
SPDG - Speeding
Judgment NISI - A judgment was made against the bonding company because the defendant failed to appear.

- Admonishments

This document explains the defendants rights.

- Announcement Hearing

Defendant appears to discuss and understand the procedures. They can also apply court appointed attorney. If they are ready they can also make a plea.

- CJIS Entered

This shows the information of a disposed case has been sent to the state for the records.

- Complaint and Information

Documents filed by the state, which include the information they have on the case they are filing against the defendant

- Docket Notice

Shows to whom and when a docket notice was sent.

- Order Modifying Terms

This is filed mainly by the probation officer when the terms of probation need to be modified.

 -  Returned and Filed Green Card

A document was sent by certified mail such as : citation, order withholding to employer or other, and the green card was returned as either served or not served.  If it is served there will be a name of the person or employer, who signed for the document and the date it, was signed for if the information is legible.  It the document was returned unserved the comment will say undeliverable and the reason if the information is available.

- State's Announcement of Ready

The state is announcing it is ready for trial, if needed.  Includes the state's  plea bargain.

- Waiver of Ind/Arr/Serv/Reading

This document reads that the defendant waives the arraignment (first setting of a case) and the reading of the information.
